Totnes castle and Dartington Hall's gardens are half an hour away by car, and Torquay's beaches, marina and town centre are on your doorstep. The harbourside in both Torquay and Paignton are walkable, as is the shopping around Fleet Walk. Paignton Zoo sits about a mile off, and river cruises, steam train trips and a go-kart track are all nearby. Brixham, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Dartmoor are easily reached for a day out.

Apartment 16 is a one-bedroom property sleeping three, on the second floor of a converted Victorian villa. The living room has a sofa bed, freeview and a DVD player; the separate dining room opens onto a balcony. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the bathroom combines a bath and shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Shared grounds include a sitting-out area with furniture. Car parking is on site. The grounds have multiple steps. No smoking indoors.
