Apartment 17 is a second-floor flat sleeping up to six people, ideal for families wanting immediate access to Torbay's seafront without the hassle of finding somewhere to leave the car. The layout includes two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with singles), a living room with sofa bed, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. You'll have the place entirely to yourselves, with parking and wifi included; heating, linen and towels are covered too.

The apartment sits within easy reach of Torquay's beaches, marina and town centre, and from here you can explore further afield—Dartmoor and Exmoor are both accessible for the day, as are Totnes with its castle, Paignton Zoo a mile away, and Brixham's fishing harbour. The immediate surroundings offer the usual seaside diversions: shops, harbourside walks, sea cruises and a steam train line. Note that the communal grounds contain several steps, and no smoking is permitted inside.
