Torquay sits at the heart of the English Riviera, with beaches, a working harbour and plenty of shops within walking distance. Apartment 1A is a second-floor property on the Cemetery side of town, a quieter location than the seafront but still convenient for everything the resort has to offer. The flat is yours alone—one double bedroom, a shower room, and an open-plan living and kitchen area where you can cook or simply relax.

The kitchen is properly equipped: oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. You'll have a TV in the living room, and wi-fi throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided, heating is included, and there is parking on site. The property is no-smoking. The grounds have a sitting-out area, though note that there are several steps in the gardens.

From here you can easily reach Paignton's harbour, the shops in Fleet Walk, Paignton Zoo, and attractions like Kent's Cavern in Torquay itself. Dartmouth, Dartmoor, Salcombe and Exeter are all within easy reach by car, as are the coastal villages further afield.
