Apartment 2

Apartment 2 is a self-contained ground-floor flat in Torbay, sleeping up to four guests. The property comprises a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower over the bath, and a living area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two more. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is included: electricity, gas central heating, bed linen and towels are all covered, plus wifi throughout.

The kitchen is properly fitted out for cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the shared laundry room if you need them during your stay. The living room has a Freeview TV and DVD player. Parking is on road, and there is a sitting-out area with shared garden furniture. The flat is no smoking.

A pub is within a mile. This part of Torbay is close enough to beaches and the marina for a seaside holiday, with Torquay's town centre shops and attractions nearby. The area works well as a base for exploring the wider region—Dartmouth, Salcombe and Exeter are all within easy reach.
