Curlew 4 is a contemporary apartment on the first floor with everything needed for a seaside break. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan living and dining space opens onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single above. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.
The apartment is part of the Cove development, right on the edge of a cove near Torquay. A shared heated swimming pool is available to residents from May to mid-September, 10am to 7pm. The South West Coast Path runs past the property, making it a natural base for coastal walks. Brixham, known for seafood restaurants and its fishing harbour character, is minutes away. One parking space is allocated. No smoking inside.
