Dunlin 1 works well for couples or small families wanting a break by the sea without the fuss of a full house. The two bedrooms—one double, one with singles—sleep four, and everything sits on a single floor: an open-plan kitchen and living area flows onto a private balcony that catches views across Torbay. The bathroom has a bath with shower, and there's a cot available if needed. Essentials like heating, linen and wifi are covered; the kitchen is properly equipped with an oven, hob and dishwasher for cooking proper meals.

The apartment is part of a small development with shared grounds and an outdoor heated pool (open late May to early October, 10am to 7pm). Brixham itself is on your doorstep—the harbour brings in seafood daily, and the cafés and restaurants along the front are minutes away. The South West Coast Path runs close by for walkers, and the water is near enough for anyone who wants to get out on it. Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts in Torquay are also within reach if you're looking for days out. There is one parking space allocated on the resident car park. No smoking in the property.
