Harbourside

Brixham's working harbour dominates the outlook from Harbourside. This first-floor apartment sits close enough to watch the fishing boats and their activity, with coloured cottages forming the backdrop. The South West Coastal Path runs nearby for coastal walks, and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve are within reach. A pub lies less than a mile away, and the cobbled town centre with its shops and restaurants is a short walk downhill.

The open-plan living space has a television and dining area, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge all present. One bedroom holds a double bed; the other has two singles. The shower room includes a washing machine. Wifi is included, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen and towels—are covered. If you're travelling with young children, a cot and highchair are available. The property is on the first floor and smoking is not permitted inside.

Brixham feels like a traditional working fishing town rather than a seaside resort. Summer ferries connect the harbour to Torquay across the bay. Parking is available at a nearby public car park (at cost). Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
