Upper Deck is a first-floor apartment at Linden Court, positioned to catch views across Brixham harbour and out to Torbay. The building's end location means windows on two sides, with a full-length side window overlooking the marina and a private balcony where you can sit and watch the water. The apartment is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Inside, an open-plan living and kitchen area gives a bright, spacious feel. You get a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and slow cooker. The living area has a 40-inch smart TV, DVD player, and DAB radio. A large balcony furnished with outdoor seating doubles as an extra place to relax. Heating comes from communal radiators (available mornings and evenings October to May) plus independent electric heaters you can control. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One allocated parking space is provided on site, with additional road parking nearby for larger vehicles.
