Old Mill Cottage

Brixham's working harbour—home to over 100 fishing boats landing daily—sits barely ten minutes' walk from Old Mill Cottage. The fish market operates on the quayside, and Breakwater Beach, rated among the cleanest on the English Riviera, is equally close by. Ferries depart regularly for Dartmouth and Torquay, where restaurants and waterfront attractions line the seafront, while boat trips up the River Dart reach Greenway, Agatha Christie's former holiday home, and the market town of Totnes beyond.

The cottage itself is a character property arranged over two floors. Downstairs holds a living room with Freeview Smart TV and a separate dining area, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (4ft 6in), the other with two singles (3ft). A single bathroom serves both. A small courtyard at the front provides outdoor seating. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, and one car can park on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted.
