Walk through the door of Rockhopper Cottage and you're immediately in a dining room warmed by an open fire, with a record player and games table to hand. The kitchen sits beyond, equipped for proper cooking with gas and electric hobs, and opens onto a secluded garden with raised decking. Upstairs, the living room is the heart of the place—a wood-burning stove, two sofas, and a smart TV facing west to catch the evening light. Two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom with bath and shower complete the layout.
The cottage is stone-built and sits just five minutes' walk from Brixham harbour. The town itself is a working fishing port with coloured boats, independent shops, seafood restaurants and pubs within a mile. South West Coast Path walks begin nearby, leading towards Berry Head Nature Reserve and beaches at Breakwater and St. Mary's Bay. One dog stays free. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking inside.

Nice big house and a nice living room. Garden is dangerous and shower has tiny space for a child from 17. 5-8 minute walk to the harbour which has buses to paignton and a loop around town.
