Shipshape

Brixham is a working fishing town where the harbour remains the beating heart—boats unload their catch at the quay, seafood restaurants line the waterfront, and the South West Coastal Path begins at nearby Berry Head. Shipshape sits within this landscape, a three-storey house sleeping six with direct views across the water and outdoor space on each level.

The ground floor holds a double bedroom with ensuite and access to a private balcony. Upstairs, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area runs the width of the first floor, with patio doors onto a second balcony and enough seating for the whole party. A proper kitchen means you can cook fresh fish bought locally or prepare everyday meals; essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with wifi. The top floor contains a kingsize bedroom and a twin, plus a shared shower room. One dog stays free; there's parking for one car on site.

The house suits families and groups of friends rather than single travellers or couples. Berry Head Nature Reserve is within walking distance, and Brixham's attractions—the Golden Hind replica, Shoalstone Pool—are close by. Non-smoking throughout.
