The Garden Flat

The Garden Flat is thoroughly equipped for two people to arrive and settle in immediately. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, along with a welcome pack and dog extras if you're travelling with a pet. The single bedroom has a double bed, and there's a sofa bed in the living room if needed. The kitchen has a gas cooker, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, so you can self-cater properly or do laundry mid-stay. A bathroom with shower completes the picture, and you'll have the whole place to yourself with private parking for one car on site.

Positioned on a ¾-acre hilltop with views across the valley to sea, the flat sits peacefully away from the main road yet close enough to Wellswood village—a ten-minute woodland walk or two-minute drive. The village has pubs, cafés, shops, a pharmacy and restaurants, plus Kents Cavern Caves nearby and connections to Agatha Christie. Meadfoot Beach is the closest beach locally. The grounds include enclosed garden space where dogs can roam freely, plus bike storage and outside seating areas. An unfenced pond sits on the property, and there are seven steps down to some of the garden areas. No smoking indoors.
