Brixham's working harbour and seafront are steps away from Wrens Perch, a renovated terraced house that opens onto views across the water and beyond. The village sits on Torbay's eastern shore, with the RNLI shop nearby and a genuine fishing fleet still operating from the quay. Three bedrooms across two storeys sleep six, with a shower room and an ensuite bath upstairs. Two ground-floor bedrooms open onto a front terrace and rear courtyard respectively, both furnished and private.

The main living space is open plan: kitchen with induction hob and integrated appliances flows into a dining and sitting area with a gas wood burner and doors that frame the harbour view. Upstairs is a separate king bedroom with its own bath. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. The hot tub is yours alone, set in the enclosed garden. There is parking for two cars on-site and additional space on the road. The house does not permit smoking, and one pet can stay at no extra cost.
