Our 4 night stay ended up being a 10 night stay after my mum fell and broke her hip! Nelson, Susie and the rest of the team were fantastic with everything, we are all extremely grateful for the staff finding us a room until my father and I checked out. Hotel is up a big hill but minibus stop outside and runs hourly till 6. Hotel was very clean in all areas and our room was cleaned, with new towels. The breakfast had lots of choice and Evening meal 3 course was very delicious 😋 All staff was helpful and always busy ..3 jobs not one ! Entertainment was good funny enjoyed a dance with all our the new friends. 😄 Thanks to all staff for a lovely holiday 😊 😀

We came to stay last week 7th July with Harry Shaw. The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time at the hotel.The room was lovely and clean the food was great and we took advantage of the pool in the gorgeous weather.it was our first time staying at the hotel and we will definitely be back. The staff where wonderful helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help all that were staying.Bingo and entertainment every night it definitely was one of the best holidays we have had in the UK and can't wait to go back.If you are looking for a great holiday at a bargain price look no further we cannot praise the hotel enough,loved every minute!!! Have a go on the raffle either donate or buy a ticket as these are local charities! Swimming pool what a bonus in the ☀️

Absolutely horrible experience for the breakfast down in the lobby. Ordered a playe that took half an hour and hadnt yet come. What is funny is that they forgot my order of a simple americano as well.
