About Seascape Hotel

Seascape Hotel suits visitors after a straightforward, well-placed stay in Torquay rather than a fuss-free luxury break. It works best for those exploring on foot or by public transport, since there is no parking available on site, making it a better fit for train travellers or anyone happy to walk into town.

Rooms come with drinks available and some offer sea views, with family rooms on hand for those travelling with children. A lift serves the building and reception operates around the clock, so late arrivals and those with mobility needs are catered for. There's a restaurant and bar nearby for meals out, rather than extensive dining on site.

The location on Tor Church Road puts guests within reach of golf, fishing, cycling and walking country, as well as watersports and local entertainment, making it a practical choice for active days out along the Devon coast. Pubs and eateries are close by for evenings after a day exploring Torquay and its surroundings.

A serious account of extreme violence against a woman happened within this building. Please save your money and not give these people a squirt. They're awful and and a scurge upon the very soil of Torquay, which is stating a great deal

Great budget hotel. Staff were pleasant. Rooms are very large and spotlessly clean, including new bathroom suite. I had an upper level room with good views. This is a budget hotel though, so some of the decor is a little dated, some floorboards squeak a tiny bit etc. I was really happy with my stay, and would definitely come here again.

Absolutely disgusting, wasn't expecting much as booked a cheap, last minute weekend getaway, but my god! No heating, damp, mould, no facilities at all, then found out its a hostel for the homeless, staffed by the homeless, which is admirable, but definitely not what I was expecting. Checked out early and went home for a decent shower.

Absolutely awful and disgusting. I have no issues with those who need somewhere to stay and help. But when pay £150 for a room I expect to know that it is used as a halfway house too. Tenants showing me their flee bites. Mould everywhere. It advertised the bar but wasn’t in use. Staff were extremely rude. Asked to speak to the manager regarding concerns and the false advertisement. She swore and shouted then refused us our room. They were others who were refused their room also as they had mentioned about the disgusting state. So after paying we were left stranded
