Everything was perfect on our 4 night break over the May bank holiday. First off the hosts are lovely, extremely warm and welcoming and make you feel really comfortable. The place itself was absolutely spotless. We stayed in room 2 (suite) that had a private outdoor terrace, we made use of this in the morning although all guests have access to the lovely garden so everybody can enjoy the outside. The room had everything you could ever need or want. Bed was comfortable. When we stayed we got very lucky with fantastic weather but the room stayed fairly cool which was great. The breakfast was exceptional! No buffet style breakfast here. The food is made to order as you like it and arrives very hot. The quality of the meat is 10/10. Parking included which is a rare find and the area is in the perfect location to access all of south Devon. You get can to lots of places easily by car or foot. We would definitely return.

My wife and I stopped off here for two nights July 26 whilst on Motorcycle tour. When we arrived we were greeted by Vanessa and Cameron who are friendly and very helpful.The property is kept to a high standard and extremely clean.Our room no7 was a large double room with TV , tea making facilities, ensuite,ironing facilities if required and fridge which is topped up with milk / water etc daily.The bed is large and super comfy. Breakfast is fantastic and served with a chat and smile. A menu to suit all diets.This B&B is most definitely one of my top three accommodations and being a seasoned traveller who has stayed in many 4 star hotels I don't say this lightly. The location is just a relaxing 10 minute walk to the beach , town and sea front. This is five star accommodation at extremely great value. 5 Stars +++ Thank you Vanessa and Cameron.

We had a 1 night stay here and it was perfect, very clean , very up together, and the hosts Vanessa and Cameron couldn't do enough for us, they were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was spotless and looked brand new, the bed was comfortable and the en-suite was modern and again , spotless.! Then next morning we sat down to a full English breakfast and friendly conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again, its an easy walk to the town and the on site parking was a huge bonus to accommodate our camper van ....five stars 🌟
