Thank you both for such an unforgettable stay. Experiencing you in your element—within your “business”—was truly special. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the luxurious bathrobes, plush towels, and incredibly comfortable beds. Every amenity reflected care and thoughtfulness, creating a level of comfort that felt wonderfully indulgent—quite honestly, even surpassing our experiences with Seabourn. Breakfast each morning was an absolute highlight. The mango yoghurt was divine, the home-baked Danish pastries perfectly sized and delicious, and the Eggs Royal—without exaggeration—the best I have enjoyed anywhere in the world. Your thoughtful departure gesture, the beautifully prepared goodie bag, was the perfect final touch to an already spectacular experience from beginning to end. Our only complaint is that we simply didn’t want to leave. We also loved your “My Life” showcase—it was so meaningful to see your journey, your careers, and the story of your life together. It added such a personal and memorable dimension to our stay. You are both truly remarkable. It is no surprise that you consistently achieve perfect scores in your reviews and inspections. “Thank you” feels wholly inadequate to express our appreciation.

We have just returned from 3 nights at the Tyndale. David and Tonny are fantastic hosts and it’s probably our 9th visit we’ve lost count! Everything is 5 star from the wonderful warm welcome to the sad goodbye. A drink and catch up on arriving and luggage taken to our room. The whole place is spotless warm and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail is second to none. Fresh cake daily delicious breakfasts with local produce and cooked to perfection! Choices include lots of wonderful vegan dishes for me too so win win! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Torquay it’s perfect. David & Tonny thank you so much for making our anniversary such a special and memorable occasion. Bless you both. See you in 2026! 🥰🥰🥰

Just wow, what absolutely beautiful accommodation! The attention to detail was truly amazing, making our stay feel special and comfortable from start to finish. We have just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful bed and breakfast. The hosts, David and Tonny, could not have done any more to make our stay more enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the breakfast is a feast. We would highly recommend this fine establishment. The location is perfect for Torquay seafront and is within easy reach of Paignton and Babbacombe. Already booked for next year, that’s how good it is!
