Atlantic House

Atlantic House opens into a vast kitchen, dining and living space that dominates the ground floor. Stone walls and exposed beams run through this central hub, where patio doors lead straight to the garden and decked area. From here—and from much of the house—you look out towards the sea. The layout splits bedrooms across two levels: downstairs, three rooms with en-suites including a four-poster and a spa bath; upstairs, two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom with another spa bath. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all provided, along with initial logs for the wood burner in the colder months.

The outdoor space wraps around the property. An enclosed courtyard with decking, lawn and barbecue forms the immediate garden; a hot tub sits on the raised deck. Beyond that lie two acres of grounds on the owner's working farm, including a shared playing field and a games room (pool table, table tennis, skittle alley, play area). One dog is welcome. The location sits between Hartland and the coast in Torridge; it suits large family groups, friends gathering together, or anyone after serious space to spread out. No smoking inside. Hen and stag parties are not accepted.
