I would recommend this place to anybody. We stayed for 2 nights in the deluxe bell tent. The owner met us when we arrived, always on hand if any issues. The tent had everything and more in it. They have food vans some evenings and when we were there they had jacket potato van which was lovely. Coffee and hot drink available in the mornings. The Saturday night was pizza night. That didn't disappoint..have to pre order early to not miss out. We will definitely be back.

Spent a night here for a birthday gathering. Fantastic location, tucked away but easy access to local services, beautiful countryside and the beach. The glamping tents were outstanding and very comfortable (even though the weather wasn't great). Cozy log burner 👌 Toilets were warm and clean and the site quiet. The pizza on offer was perfect. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

Had an amazing stay with our 4 year old daughter, it is such a lovely safe environment for them to roam. Our tent was comfortable and cosy, Matt the owner went above and beyond for us. All the facilities were clean tidy, and the toilets were warm, even had music on! We sat and had pizzas, they were beautiful. Cannot recommend them enough. All in all a perfect place to go camping, especially with little ones, she made so many little buddies.

My wife booked a surprise glamping trip to LIVIT for my birthday. We had the most amazing time. The tents were perfect, kitchenette well equipped, wood burner (with wood), fresh water, tea bags, flowers, super comfy beds with duvet and pillows. I could keep going. The location is perfect for access to the coast path at Greencliff, the site is perfect for outdoor space and sea views. Here are a few highlights. Bird song, cut grass, fresh coffee and pastries (each morning), heated amenities block (with music), outdoor seating with tables, dog friendly (on lead), pizza night with great company, cold beer and live music. Kids play park, outdoor bbq, wood burner, equipped kitchen, super friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking, on-site sauna (book ahead preferable), on site surf hire, access to so many local places, Wave Park, Big Sheep, Milky Way, Royal North Devon Golf Club, Westward Ho! Beaches, Exmoor, Tarka Trail etc.. This place is trucked away about 1/2 mile off the Atlantic Highway but it’s a world away from the pressures of every day life. This has to be one of the best places we ever stayed. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate. Get it booked. We will do the same again in a few months time.
