Broadwood House - Classroom One

Classroom One occupies a former schoolroom that retains the character of its original purpose while delivering modern comfort throughout. Everything is arranged on one level: a bedroom with kingsize bed, a bathroom combining shower and bath, and an open-plan living space where kitchen, dining and lounge flow together. Patio doors lead directly onto a terrace with garden furniture, and beyond that lies a shared garden. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, and there is parking for one car on site.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with electric oven and hob. The living area has a smart TV and comfortable seating; the bedroom another. Both bathrooms and bedrooms benefit from the quality of light that comes with the building's spacious proportions. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Location-wise, Roadford Lake Activity Centre lies a short drive away, offering kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and fishing, alongside walking and cycle trails. Dartmoor National Park is also within reach for those wanting moorland, ancient tors and village exploring. The property does not permit smoking. Note that there are three steps within the garden itself.
