Clematis Cottage is a detached barn conversion built from stone, with a character-filled interior arranged across two floors. Downstairs, the main living space centres on a wood burner, with French doors opening onto a decked area that overlooks the gardens and rolling land beyond. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all included. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles, plus a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and separate toilet.

The cottage sits on private grounds near Beaworthy in Torridge, with parking on site and wifi throughout. A pub lies within a mile, and the historic market town of Holsworthy is half a mile away, offering shops, supermarket, leisure centre and swimming pool. The North Cornish coast is roughly 10 miles distant, with Bude, Widemouth Bay and quieter coves all accessible for beach walks, surfing or coastal exploration. Dartmoor lies 25 minutes inland. The property suits couples, small families and friends; it's a no-smoking space.

This is a excellent cottage. The owner is lovely and is very helpful and will do anything to make your stay excellent. Is wheelchair accessible and has a ramp to the front entrance. It also has a hot tub but this is not accessible but is lovely for everyone else to enjoy. The owner maintained this to a excellent level. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely cottage. Fully equipped. The Host Kate is lovely and very approachable. Games room, tree house and swings for children with an enclosed large lawn in a Beautiful area. It is in a very remote part of Devon with a winery at the end of the drive and a gin distillery in the next village.

Great place for a family holiday and the dogs too. Cottage perfect, secure garden and woodland walks for the dogs - excellent and well maintained. Quiet roads for cycling and very helpful hosts. Great local pub (1 mile) who arrange fishing on the river. Hope to be back!
