Green Valley Retreat is a bungalow built on one level across three acres beside the River Deer, near Holsworthy. Everything is on the ground floor: two double bedrooms (one with its own shower and toilet), a twin room, a family shower room, and a separate cloakroom. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine—plus a breakfast bar. An open-plan living and dining space opens through patio doors onto a lawned garden with seating areas, where you can sit out with a coffee or watch the day unfold.
The property sleeps six and comes with bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi all included. There is parking for five cars on site. The Rydon Inn is within a mile. Holsworthy's market town shops and restaurants are minutes away, while beaches at Widemouth Bay and Bude lie about 10 miles off. An unfenced river runs 80 metres from the property. No smoking indoors.

A lovely holiday, we were blessed with amazing weather! The bungalow was great, had everything we needed and more. Very friendly and helpful hosts. My children loved the Jammy dodger treats kindly gifted by the owners, they also loved discovering the games cupboard! The information basket full of leaflets for places to visit was also extremely helpful. A great place in a lovely location. Would definitely recommend and would love to return again.

Could not fault for cleanliness, location was spot on hosts were very nice making us very welcome, set in beautiful grounds with plenty wildlife maybe the only thing would be tv in bedrooms. Would definitely return.

Great holiday! The bungalow is spacious, and very clean. As a family of 5 it really suited us, the grounds were beautiful and peaceful, perfect for our 3 young children to explore. There isn't a lot in Holsworthy but it's central to a lot of places by car, everyday we were exploring. The owners are friendly and approachable if you need anything. We felt very safe there too as the drive gate was closed each evening. It was hard to leave, so much so we're returning next year.

Amazing location. Peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic outside space for our grandchildren. Accommodation extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Immaculately clean. Marion and Ian couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely return.
