The north Cornwall coast is within reach—Bude, 10 miles south, has beaches, a sea pool and a full range of dining and shopping. Winscott Cottage is a semi-detached property on a working dairy farm, refurbished in 2019. Ground floor holds the living room, dining room and kitchen; upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two double beds (4ft 6in) and one single bed sleep four. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. One dog stays free of charge.
An enclosed, lawned garden with seating and a barbecue overlooks the orchard and countryside. There is parking for one car on site. Smoking is not permitted.
