Heath Farm Cottages sits within 40 acres of pasture and woodland in rural Torridge, an area of North Devon with riding, cycling and walking trails throughout. The Tarka Trail—popular with walkers and cyclists—runs 8 miles away. Bradworthy village, with shops and a 14th-century inn, is 2 miles off. The coastline around Bucks Mill, Clovelly and Hartland is within driving distance, as is Bude with its beaches and restaurants, 10 miles away.
Cowslip is a spacious four-bedroom property sleeping up to 10 guests. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for cooking, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and a shower room. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one kingsize with ensuite shower, one kingsize, one with three single beds, and one with two zip-and-link beds (convertible to super-kingsize) plus a single bed. A family bathroom serves the upper floor. An enclosed lawned garden with patio and barbecue adjoins the house. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The property welcomes one pet free of charge.
The 40 acres surrounding it offer a public footpath for exploring, and fishing is available on-site if you bring your own rods. A bike store is on hand. Private parking accommodates three cars. The property is no-smoking throughout.

Just been lucky enough to spend a wonderful fortnight here at Old Mill. The relaxed atmosphere of the property and its immediate surroundings coupled with beautifully clean and fully equipped facilities are second to none. Jane and Mary Ann are fabulous hosts and the animals are an extra treat. The surrounding North Devon and North Cornwall areas have fabulous walking and many other attractions to keep even the most diverse customer base entertained. The country tea shops and pubs are very welcoming with the food at the local Bradworthy Inn worth a special mention. We are always sad to leave but have already booked another fortnight next spring.

Had really lovely stay in Mill Cottage it had everything you needed and more. So relaxing our dogs loved it.

Stayed in Mill cottage. It has everything you need for a great stay. Great position to explore North Devon and Cornwall. The ladies are fantastic .This is our 4th stay and it never disappoints us. The cottage is spacious and spotlessly clean .we have already booked for next year

Beautiful cottage, spacious, clean and everything you need. Fantastic large safe back garden for our three dogs. Towels for the dogs, tags in case they got lost, extra bowls. Two great BBQ’s on which we cooked our Sunday chicken amongst other things. Jane was super, nothing was too much trouble, even cutting the lawn while we were out.
