Hillandale Cottage

Hillandale Cottage is a detached property sleeping four in rural Devon near Torrington. The whole place is yours alone, laid out on the ground floor with everything you need for a comfortable stay: electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, plus a welcome pack. One small to medium dog can stay free of charge.

Inside, an open-plan living area contains the kitchen, dining space and lounge with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. One bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom containing a bath with shower over it; the other has two single beds and a separate en-suite with a cubicle shower. Both en-suites have heated towel rails.

Outside, there is parking on site for two cars, a large enclosed courtyard at the front with garden furniture, and a rear terrace with a bistro set. Access to the cottage involves three steps. The property sits on nine acres of private grounds, near North Devon Auctions and within reach of the North Devon coast.
