Seagrass consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, dining space, and sitting area with woodburning stove, plus first-floor games room. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed patio and lawn with hot tub, barbecue, and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Please note: a gardener will be on site every Friday. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and included. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included. Make memories with a stay at Otters Leap. Note: Restricted head height in sitting room.
