This converted barn stands in rural North Devon, a few minutes' drive from Bucks Mills and within reach of the coastal path. The building retains its character while offering modern comfort: underfloor heating runs throughout, and the ground floor is arranged as a single open space combining living area, dining space and kitchen, with bi-fold doors onto an enclosed garden. A woodburner sits in the living area. Three bedrooms spread across ground and first floors—one king and one twin on the upper level, another king with its own ensuite on the ground. Two shower rooms and a separate toilet provide the second bathroom. One dog stays free of charge.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, there is parking for two cars, an enclosed patio with furniture and a barbecue, plus access to shared grounds with a stream some distance away. The location suits both quiet breaks—the dark skies here are excellent for stargazing—and those wanting to explore: birdwatching, fishing, riding and water sports are all nearby, and Clovelly village is a short walk along the coastal path. A village shop and pub are half a mile away. Children under ten are not suitable for this property.
