What visitors say
Stayed at Fernhill Valley Farm for a solo one-night escape and it was exactly what I needed to get away from it all. The setting is so peaceful—perfect for switching off and recharging. The hot tub was a real highlight. It does take around 3 hours to heat, but once it’s ready, it’s absolutely worth it. Such a relaxing way to spend the evening. I was welcomed with a lovely hamper, including wine and delicious Welsh cakes, which was a really thoughtful touch. WiFi was also very fast on both phone and TV, making it easy to unwind indoors too. Overall, a fantastic solo getaway—I will definitely return. Thank you!

Me and partner recently stayed for two days at pod three. The room was nice and bed was comfortable and the views were lovely. Small improvements could be made regarding the hot tub area, such as keeping on top of the hot tub and making sure the water is clean every time someone stays there and re fixing some of the lights around the hot tub. But all in all the experience was pleasant and me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

Me and my partner came here on a small holiday and wow what a perfect place to stay! Surrounded by astounding views, accessible walks from site to the waterfalls, driving distance to the local town and everything you needed was there. The hot tub was 10/10 we used it every night. The room was very clean and inviting and the welcome basket of wine, chocolate and Welsh cakes were a great bonus. We were able to get a takeaway here and there was so many choices which is great! Waking up and having a coffee in the Outdoor seats were perfect, and the firepit kept you toasty in the evenings while watching the stars. We couldn't have found a more perfect location. Thank you so so much for an amazing holiday

We booked this glamping pod as a treat, but it turned into a very disappointing experience. The place smelled awful on arrival and definitely hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. There was visible dirt and a general lack of care throughout. The website does not reflect the current state of the property at all. The photos look like they were taken when it was first established and are very misleading. There was also no food or drink provided as shown in the pictures, and the nearest shop is quite a drive away. The site itself is poorly maintained with very uneven ground. The footpath up to the cabin is on a steep, rocky, overgrown slope with no lighting at night, making it difficult and unsafe to navigate. Overall, for the money charged, it is not worth it at all. There are far nicer places available. What was meant to be a special treat ended up being a really horrible experience, and I would definitely avoid it.
