As a returning customer, we were already excited to stay again, but tonight’s experience completely exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by the absolutely wonderful Donna, who made us feel so genuinely welcomed and valued. Donna was beyond helpful, incredibly friendly, charismatic, professional, and honestly one of the best receptionists we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She went above and beyond for us and kindly upgraded our room, which was such an amazing surprise. The room itself is unbelievably delightful — beautifully presented, comfortable, luxurious, and everything we could have hoped for and more. The hotel facilities are absolutely breathtaking, and the level of customer service throughout our stay has been outstanding, but Donna truly made this experience unforgettable. Her warmth, positive energy, and attention to detail are a real credit to the hotel. Staff like her are the reason guests return again and again. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we’re so happy to have been looked after by Donna tonight. She deserves huge recognition for the exceptional service she provides — and honestly, a promotion wouldn’t go amiss because she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Thank you again for such a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

We had a lovely stay at the Red Radisson Twickenham. A special thank you to Pratiksha, who was so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was also very helpful, especially with explaining the parking and making sure we found our room. The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. It had a fridge, good-quality toiletries, a huge comfortable bed with a soft duvet and pillows, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also excellent. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The omelette and poached eggs were freshly made, and we were served tea, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the generous supply of tea and biscuits in the room. There were just a couple of small issues. The parking directions were confusing, as the information said to use the North Car Park, but it actually needed to be the West Car Park. Also, the body wash and hand lotion in our room hadn't been refilled, and another room had the same issue. However, once we mentioned it, the staff quickly provided replacements. Overall, we had a great experience. The friendly service, comfortable room, and excellent breakfast made for a wonderful stay, and we'd happily return.

Long weekend holiday with my husband. Nice hotel with helpful and nice people both at the reception (Donna) and at the breakfast (Mahak). . Easy to take a buss anywhere with bust stops in front of the hotel. Tea, coffee and cookies in room. Good beds but could offer also lower pillows. Good restaurant just next to the hotel and spa, gym and pool available also next door. Relaxing lobby and good breakfast with all necessary options available.

We arrived after a long car journey and felt well taken care of from the get go. The staff are very happy to help, rooms are beautifully presented and spotless. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options. Donna and Sabina were wonderful and helped me arrange a late check out.
