This is probably one of the best cinemas around where I live. It's clean, has good snack choices, and super comfy seats. The staff is always so friendly! I was served today by a lovely black lady (I forgot her name), and she's been there before when I bought tickets on other days. She's always smiling and has such a good vibe about her. Big credit to her and the rest of the team because they're all so friendly and professional. Overall, it's a great cinema!

Yes its Croydon but if you arent a snob then this is a great cinema to go to. We watched a movie in their paid-for seats and they were very comfy and relaxing. The food was OK and the staff were lovely. Well done Vue, the place has improved from a few years ago

Sorry, but this was not a great experience... The air-conditioning was blasting and it was like 16°C inside. With only few visitors either the room didn't heat up they might have expected or they just blast it anyway. If I didn't bring long coat I would have left half way through due shivers. The sound was so loud that half of the movie I had to hold my ears covered. I guess they didn't count for that either. Reclines were great and comfy, staff nice, toilets clean but the movie experience itself was just bad. Bring your own blankets and thank me later!

Decent multi screen cinema with all electric recliner seats. Prices are not as competitive as other cinemas but you get what you pay for. Large foyer with plenty of options for food and drink as well. The new Lux seats are a gimmick and not worth the upgrade, the regular seats are more comfortable.
