Cineworld London - Wandsworth

Went to see Star Wars: The Mandalorian And Grogu on the spur of the moment after work and the experience was very good. Plenty of seats, confortable and staff extremely polite and accomendating. Recommend this Cinema and if you need to use the loo if in a bit of a pinch then there are plenty of toilet, inside cine world and outside in the main centre.

My first experience watching a film in 4DX was Final Destination 5, and boy, was it worth it! I wasn't ready for all the movements and effects from the seat while watching the movie lol. Definitely an experience!

The Manager Kay was in shift at 7:21 she was rude to us as we didn’t get our cards delivered yet we are using our unlimited card number to get discount for popcorn and food she refused to give us our discount as she said the physical card you need it, I mentioned to her several times we have not received it yet. Rude customer service by the manager how ever costervo was very polite and he apologised to us. Manager named Kay African lady extremely aggressive and rude she should not be working here however holding the title of a manager. I would take this further until I no longer see her face working there poor negative attitude towards me and my family. I’d like to mention how ever After I tried to get nachos they had 3 security guards over to tell me to leave because they was refusing to give me discounts as it’s my rights to my unlimited contract. The manager was another lady white women she refused to give me her name and the women name Kay was the supervisor after I was told to leave because apparently o was harassing the staff asking for the managers name absolutely ridiculous way to deal with costumer who holds unlimited card how ever I got really frustrated and disrespected being told I’m holding up the queue for asking for my rights and at the end I couldn’t get my discount and don’t know who was the manager as all staff was told not give her name ofcourse she had to hide her name as she was going against my rights. Worst experience at Wandsworth cinema.

Unfortunately, we had a small issue during our visit with the guest besides us , but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Carolina, the manager. She was so kind, understanding and professional, and went above and beyond to make things right. Her excellent customer service really turned our visit around. She’s a real credit to the cinema!
