Can't really complain too much about the stay for the cheap price I paid. Good location in Tooting and basic amenities (shower, etc). Friendly staff. Nothing fancy but functional.

First time going there they are very welcoming and a great service. There garden at the rear is a great place to chill out you can hardly hear the traffic out the front way so a perfect peacefull place for a busy town and it is dog friendly

I was a bit afraid that the room is going to be noisy but surprisingly it was was very quiet and we had a great sleep. It has ok facilities. There is no hair dryer which I needed but it’s fine. The water for showering was cold but when I told the gentleman downstairs he turned on the boiler and it was fine. He gave me a free beer for that which is a nice gesture. The pub itself is nice too. Not a bad location, tesco is 1 min walk away and tube line is 9 min walk away.
