The King’s Arms Wandsworth

One of our favourite pubs in Wandsworth! They have fantastic food, especially the Sunday roasts. It's a great dog and kid friendly, family atmosphere throughout the week and Sundays. Friday and Saturday nights are packed, with live music in the garden.

Honestly what a great place in the heart of Wandsworth. Enjoyed watching Fifa world cup match, they have a great screen in their garden area, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. The prices are also not too bad with great customer service.

Absolutely awful experience at The Kings Arms for my birthday. I had booked a table for 22 people weeks in advance and even had to put down a £100 hold on my card to secure the booking. When we arrived, the table wasn’t even ready — it was dirty and we were left sitting there for around 10 minutes looking through the menu waiting for things to be sorted. Then the manager came over and told me and my friend to leave because we each had a BuzzBall with us. Fair enough, we understood we shouldn’t have brought them in, and we apologised straight away. We politely asked if we could just throw them away instead of being kicked out, especially considering this was a large birthday booking with over 20 people expected to arrive. But the manager was rude, aggressive, and completely unwilling to listen. He told us to leave immediately through the back exit and basically treated us like criminals. No second chance, no understanding, no care whatsoever that this was a birthday booking organised weeks in advance. The whole situation was embarrassing and handled terribly. Customer service was shocking and the attitude from management completely ruined the start of my birthday. Would not recommend this place to anyone planning a group booking or special occasion.

I've had the Sunday roast here 3 times now. And it's always spectacular. I was never big on Sunday roasts to start with, but they do magic here. The yorkies were excellent. The meat was juicy and the veggies were perfectly cooked. They got a bit of bite to them, not mush. I've also had some of the small plates from a separate visit. They were amazing. Only downside is, many dishes were missing on the menu. But understandable as they were delicious.
