What visitors say
Absolutely love this place, we are made to feel welcome as childminders, we look after other people’s children whilst they work. They have recently updated the baby area and they enforce the under age 3 rule so it’s safe for the younger children we have in our care. The staff are very welcoming and the menu varied for snacks and lunches

This place used to be good. Not great, just good. Extremely dirty toilets, floors never mopped, very sticky, kids let loose and parents not looking after them, staff not bothered. Standard stuff for any soft play or a little worse. After today, however, it's crystal clear that I will never return and I will discourage everyone from visiting. My friend's autistic child was not let into the under 3s area which was empty at the time, and the child supervised and well behaved at all times. The manager barking orders without any empathy whatsoever, we ended up only staying 5 minutes with 2 very upset children, my friend crying her eyes out and the manager shouting at us. No refund, no apologies. I believe intent is everything, the problem wasn't so much what we were asked but HOW we were asked it. Zero customer service skills and badly run place.

It's a big play area, great place for kids to spend time and release their energy. Seats are there for meals and you can order food. There's a a little play area for smaller toddlers as well. It's really child friendly with kid's meals and toilets. Priced reasonably than other play areas in the town. Parking can be difficult and tables can be filled depending on when you go. They also do kids parties wtih games and food included. Staff were really nice and friendly. No need to book in advance, the place can accommodate loads

Today i went with my 4 year old AUTISTIC daughter and my friend to fun2be... my daughter was so excited because fun2be WAS her favourite place. People who are experienced with autism know, that its so limited where you can take your child, but this place WAS our safe place. I remember the manager was so understanding before as well i felt even more understood and not alone, BUT... today after i payed we were told she no longer can go in the under 3 area. I said i understand but that's my kids favorite place. I said if she goes in and there are kids around i always go after her and i supervise so she doesn't hurt anyone accidentally, they didnt care... of course my daughter run straight into the ballpit with the biggest smile on her face and enjoy every moment of it, the staff came after us and told us we have to leave even though there were no other children in the ballpit and i was sitting right next to her, they didnt care about my daughter condition, they were not understanding at all... the manager who said she understand in the past was forcing us out, she was starting to lose her temper, so i forced my daughter out of the ballpit where she had so much fun... after that my daughter was crying, had a lot of bad tantrums and didnt want to be anywhere else but in the ballpit, so i had to drag her out every time she ran back....at the end when we decided to leave (we were there for 10 mins) and tried to tell the manager how upset we are, she was almost screaming with my friend while i was crying, we just tried to explain how upset this made us but she was so rude... I think every child is precious and deserves happiness , that includes my daughter!!! I never ever go back to that place and I'll tell everyone who has a special child what happened to avoid the same treatment. To the staff: If you're not understanding than dont work with kids, i dont know if you noticed, but autism is everywhere now, change with the time or you'll lose customers. You lost 2 today for life. Hope one day the narrow minded staff will have to experience same humiliation and lack of understanding they were showing to us today. For an autistic child and their parents so many things are limited, theire opportunities , their worlds is so little, but our life became smaller today thanks to this what happened one less place to go. So we just stay home as we usually do like fishes in a tank , God forbit we have some fun outside. This post will only be understood by kind empathetic people, unfortunately fun2be staff is not one of them... shame.
