Operations 24/7, entry is free and their are options for walking and cycling. Tje first hill is a bit if a steep climb, but after that it's pretty good. Lovely views and plenty of places for picnics, barbecues and pizza ovens. We'll worth the parking fee

Gorgeous park. My partner and I visited for the parkrun, but decided to stick around after and do a bigger walk. The bus stop outside is a bit risky/undieal, being right on the A road. Other than that, this was a fantastic experience.

Brilliant place for a day out with friends, family and grand kids. Very clean with no litter. Went on a baking hot day but plenty of shade. Took a picnic and just enjoyed the calm. Well maintained and nice clean toilets close by. Went during the week in term time so not at all busy especially the safe play area which was well shaded and great for children to climb and run around. Will definitely return.

Good playgrounds at the top of the site and new one being built lower down. Also nice pond with educational info boards next to the cafe. Still a good idea to bring some outdoor toys e.g. rounders set etc.
