The Cart Lodge is a converted barn on a single storey, standing next to the owners' home in the village of Hooe. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—one with twin single beds and an ensuite, the other with a double and access to a separate shower room. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and washer-dryer; a living and dining room; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. The enclosed garden has a BBQ, and there is private parking for two cars.
The village sits two miles from the coast; Pevensey, known for windsurfing and water sports, is nearby. Battle, famous for 1066, is also close. Within walking distance you'll find a pub half a mile away and a shop a mile along the road. The property does not permit smoking.
