The single bedroom contains a double bed, and there's a bathroom with bath and shower. The whole property is yours alone, with a living room that has a wood burner and Smart TV, plus a kitchen and dining area equipped for cooking. A private patio adjoins the property. One car can be parked on site.

The location sits within walking distance of the 1066 Country Walk, a long-distance trail that passes right by. Herstmonceux, Battle, Pevensey and Eastbourne are all within easy reach by car, and the coast lies a short drive away. A popular pub stands less than a mile off.
