From here, the Sussex Weald opens out in all directions—rolling countryside for driving or walking, plus larger draws like Glyndebourne (under 10 miles), Eastbourne seafront (16 miles), and Royal Tunbridge Wells (17 miles) are all within reasonable reach.

Wisteria Cottage is a one-bedroom property sleeping two, set back from the road with private parking and a separate entrance. The ground floor layout keeps everything accessible: living room with smart TV and double French doors onto a patio, a kitchen fitted with electric cooking and a washing machine, bedroom with a 4ft 6in double bed, and a shower room with a walk-in shower.
