This converted barn in West Berkshire comes ready for a group to move in and cook, with a full kitchen including dishwasher, induction hob and electric oven. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, as are initial logs for the wood burner. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms: the ground floor has a super king with ensuite bath and shower, and a zip-and-link super king (or two singles) with ensuite shower. Upstairs, a further kingsize with ensuite toilet and another zip-and-link super king complete the sleeping arrangement. There are three bathrooms total, each with heated towel rails.

The main living space is open plan, with a wood-burning stove, smart TV and dining area flowing together. Outside, a rear garden with patio, BBQ and furniture gives somewhere to sit. Parking for three cars is on site, and there's an electric vehicle charging point. One dog can stay free, though on a working farm they must be kept on lead.
