Lynchets Cottage

Lynchets Cottage is a detached property with a separate annexe, sleeping ten across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main house centres on a living room with an open fire, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. There's also a study if you need somewhere quieter. Upstairs, the master has an ensuite with both bath and shower; two further bedrooms and a shared shower room complete the first floor. The annexe contains two more bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with single beds, each with its own access and Jack and Jill ensuite arrangement.

The property sits in Upper Lambourn, in the heart of West Berkshire's chalk downs. Bed linen and towels are provided; heating and hot water are included. Outside, a fully enclosed lawned garden has a sitting area with furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. The grounds have four steps. Smoking is not permitted inside.
