Church View Cottage and the adjoining Barn together offer a fully equipped base for larger groups. The main cottage has a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave; the barn includes a kitchenette for additional flexibility. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all provided, along with initial logs for the wood burner. Two shower rooms with walk-in and cubicle options mean minimal queuing, and laundry facilities are on hand downstairs in the cottage.

Downstairs in the cottage, a living area with Smart TV and wood burner opens onto the rear courtyard through French doors, with a dining space a few steps up. The first floor holds a kingsize bedroom and a second room with a double and single bunk. The barn's ground floor has its own shower room and kitchenette; upstairs is an open-plan living and sleeping space with a kingsize, a single bed, and a pull-out sofa. One dog can stay at no extra cost, and there is enclosed garden space with a patio to use. Parking for one vehicle (1.95m height limit) is available on site.
