Heath Hills

Heath Hills is an 18th-century farmhouse built from traditional cobb, substantially renovated and set in countryside just outside Okehampton, within reach of Dartmoor. The property sleeps 10 across five bedrooms: one kingsize with its own toilet on the ground floor, a super kingsize and three further doubles (some configured as zip-and-link beds) upstairs. Two bathrooms and a separate shower room serve the house.

Ground-floor living centres on a large room with woodburner and Smart TV, connected to a formal dining space also warmed by a burner, and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all essentials for self-catering. A sun room offers additional seating and television. The utility area includes washing facilities. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided, along with logs for the fires. One dog stays free; there is an enclosed dog field and gated garden with patio and barbecue. Parking fits three cars. The driveway may occasionally be shared, and there are six steps into the garden. The property is available for family bookings only, and no smoking is permitted.
