Lavender Cottage

You enter a converted barn where the ground floor opens into one continuous living, dining and kitchen space. The living area has a television and comfortable seating arranged to face the windows; the dining section flows directly into the kitchen, which has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and everything else needed to cook properly. Patio doors lead out to the garden. Four steps access the entrance, and another four rise to the first floor.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with zip-and-link king beds that convert to twins on request if you prefer. A bathroom serves both rooms, with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Essentials like bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating comes from an air source heat pump with underfloor heating throughout. The cottage is yours alone, with on-site parking for multiple vehicles and an electric car charging point available.

Outside, patio and garden areas offer space to sit, with furniture provided. The property is near Okehampton and sits within reach of Dartmoor. It does not permit smoking.
