Little Forda

Little Forda comes with the essentials sorted: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, plus the initial fuel for the woodburner. The kitchen is properly outfitted for cooking—you have two electric ovens, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, air fryer and coffee machine. The living room has a smart TV and, more usefully on a chilly evening, a working fireplace.

The cottage sleeps five across two bedrooms. One has a double bed; the other holds a double and a single. Upstairs there's a bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Parking for two cars comes with the property, and one well-behaved pet can stay free. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, you get an acre of enclosed orchard with sitting areas and garden furniture, plus a barbecue, children's play equipment and a bike store. The setting is rural—near Chillaton in West Devon, close to the Chillaton Garage—with enough space for dogs to run about. There is no smoking inside. Arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:00.
