Rural West Devon sits between Tavistock and the Cornish border, on the western fringe of Dartmoor. Passion Flower Cottage occupies a converted 19th-century stone barn in the old farm yard, accessed via its own private parking space. The setting opens onto two acres of fenced grounds with a small orchard and direct access to woodland footpaths; the cottage itself has an enclosed, lawned garden with patio and seating.
Upstairs, the bedroom has oak beams, a vaulted ceiling and a kingsize bed, with an ensuite bathroom offering both bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs combines living and dining space around a multi-fuel stove, plus a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; logs and firelighters for the stove come with the booking. Initial parking is for one car. Dogs stay free and the cottage provides dog towels, bowls and a stairgate; the shared grounds and footpath access make it genuinely useful for walking. An honesty box on site sells farm eggs and local jams when available. The cottage does not permit smoking.
