Little Noreham

West Devon

This converted barn retains the character of its agricultural past, with exposed beams and stonework throughout. Built from stone, it stands on the edge of Northlew in rolling countryside, offering far-reaching views across fields towards Dartmoor from its balcony. The whole property is yours alone, arranged over two levels in a way that makes the most of the rural setting.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: a super-king with en-suite shower room and television, and a twin with its own shower room and television. Upstairs, the open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting spaces under the barn's original structure, giving an especially generous feel. A cloakroom on the ground floor includes laundry facilities. Wi-Fi and parking on site are provided; essentials including electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. One dog is welcome, and a practical entrance area with space for boots and coats is useful for outdoor excursions.

Northlew has a pub, post office and access to countryside walks. Dartmoor National Park, the Tarka Trail and the Granite Way are all within reach for walkers and cyclists, while the Devon and Cornwall coast—with sandy beaches, coves and surf spots—is drivable. No smoking inside the property.
