South Nethercott Farm Annexe

South Nethercott Farm Annexe is a single-bedroom annexe on a working farm, set up entirely on ground level. You get your own entrance and a private garden with seating area and barbecue, plus access to the wider grounds to wander. The space has been recently renovated and feels compact but complete: a living room with smart TV, a dining area, a kitchen with electric hob and oven, and a bedroom with a double bed. The shower room has a heated towel rail.

Essentials are provided—electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels—along with a welcome pack to get you started. The annexe suits couples, solo travellers, or small groups, and one well-behaved pet can stay for free. A bike store is available if you're exploring the surrounding area. The property is non-smoking.
