You arrive at Eastgate Barn to find a converted agricultural building laid out across two floors. Downstairs opens into a single living space with a wood burner, smart TV and bi-fold doors that lead straight to the garden and patio. The kitchen sits within the same room, fitted with electric cooking, dishwasher and breakfast bar. A utility room with washing machine and separate toilet complete the ground floor, along with one bedroom—its beds configured as zip-and-link singles, with an ensuite shower room and heated towel rail.

Upstairs holds three more bedrooms, each with the same bed arrangement, ensuite shower and heated towel rail. A fifth bathroom with bath and toilet serves the upper floor. The property is entirely yours for the duration: eight people can spread across the beds, and underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Logs for the wood burner come with the booking. You have a private lawned garden with patio furniture and barbecue, plus an eight-person hot tub set within the grounds. Electric vehicle charging and parking for four cars are on site. One well-behaved dog stays free. The building is non-smoking throughout.

Market Rasen sits in farming country, though Lincoln's cathedral and castle are within reach for a day out. A 50-acre nature reserve lies further along the lane, good for walks and birdwatching. An on-site coarse fishing lake with seating attracts anglers, though it is unfenced. Stairgate and cot or highchair can be arranged if needed.
