Lindum Barn works well for families wanting space to spread out, groups of friends celebrating together, or couples after a retreat with room to move around. The converted barn has four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room, and a games room on the ground floor—useful when people need their own corners. A hot tub for eight sits on the private garden, and there is a patio with seating and barbecue for outdoor meals.
Inside, the open-plan living space includes a wood burner, smart TV and a kitchen fitted with everything needed to cook properly—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The bedrooms are configured with zip-and-link beds, giving flexibility to arrange them as doubles or singles. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and underfloor heating are all provided, and one well-behaved dog can stay free of charge.
The barn sits on a quiet country lane about five miles from Lincoln city centre, with a 50-acre nature reserve nearby offering walking and bird-watching. A coarse fishing lake is on site, and the city itself has the cathedral, castle and historic Bailgate to explore. Parking is available for four cars, and there's a bike store if you bring your own.
