The Birches

The Birches sleeps ten across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and beds that can be configured as either a double or two singles. Ground floor rooms open onto a spacious living area with woodburner, dining space, and a kitchen equipped for serious cooking – electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Upstairs are three further bedrooms. The property is yours entirely, with wifi, heating, bed linen and towels all provided, and one dog stays free.

Outside, a private hot tub accommodates all ten guests, while an enclosed garden has a patio, furniture and gas barbecue. Parking for five cars sits on the drive. Market Rasen itself is five miles south, and Lincoln city centre slightly further – the cathedral, castle, and Bailgate's independent shops and restaurants are within easy reach. A 50-acre nature reserve down the lane offers walking and birdwatching. The property does not permit smoking. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request.
